Our Telecommunications and Information Technology practice continues to develop, especially in view of the recent deregulation of the telecoms industry. We offer advisory services covering interconnection agreements and investment and management agreements for the fixed and mobile telecom operators.
We presently act as Company Secretary and Legal Adviser to a number of startup Telecoms and Information Technology companies who have a need for the enabling legal regime, principally in light of the Federal Government’s e-government initiative.
