He was admitted to the Nigerian Bar (BL) in 1993. He earned his Bachelor of law degree (LL.B Hons.) from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria  in 1992.

Biodun is an exceptional litigator and he is the Head of Litigation Department of the firm.

He is a member of Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) and the International Bar Association (IBA).
