Udoka was admitted to the Nigerian Bar (BL) in 2005. She earned her Bachelor of laws degree (LL.B Hons.) from the Imo State University, Nigeria in 2004. She is a graduate of the London Metropolitan University (LMU) where she earned a specialist postgraduate diploma in Maritime Law.
