Ayotunde has over 12 years’ cognate experience in Banking and Commercial law.
She specialises in corporate/commercial law with emphasis on international contract documentation and negotiation; corporate management and finance; secured credit; energy (oil and gas, and power); commercial litigation for private and government clients, and arbitration. She has advised on corporate restructuring especially with respect to Mergers and Acquisitions, Management Buyouts, and hybrid business combinations to suit the objects and aspirations of the client.
She also has extensive experience in rendering legal advice on corporate and commercial transactions, contractual negotiations and corporate structures as well as extensive practical legal experience on Foreign Direct Investment in Nigeria and the Legal and Regulatory framework for business in Nigeria.
